HCL Apprenticeship Program launches across the U.S

HCL Technologies has announced a new Apprenticeship Program to hire high school graduates into full-time technology jobs for their US-based internship program.

This a great opportunity for high school graduates in the US as the programme offers full pay and benefits, allowing candidates to start their technology career in software development and testing, digital and cloud services, infrastructure delivery, and engineering.

Apprentices will be offered full-time employment at HCL and get the opportunity to pursue a debt-free college education once they successfully complete the program. The apprentices will have a lot of on-job Training and will have access to facilitated learning from their mentors and Materials to help them develop the skills and competencies required for a long and fruitful career in technology ,with positions available at multiple global innovations and delivery centres in California, Pennsylvania , Texas , North Carolina, Ohio, Connecticut and Michigan.

HCL is also planning to implement this program in India and other South Asian nations in the coming years.

The US being the largest market for HCL with about 60% of their revenue coming from there, they are continuing to expand their existing internship and graduate hiring commitments around the world, particularly in the United States, where HCL has had a significant presence for nearly three decades. Applications are now being accepted for the first apprenticeships in Frisco, Texas, and Cary, North Carolina.
