Placement preparation sessions for college students
At Hireclap.com, our primary focus is to enhance our outreach and connect with students across the country, to facilitate placement preparation seamlessly, conveniently, and at zero cost. Our placement preparation sessions are completely free of charge, with the vision of equipping candidates with the necessary skills to ace recruitment processes.
In 2023 we are starting our placement preparation sessions with a free mock assessment & video resume sessions for final & pre-final year students from colleges across the country.
1)Mock assessments
Our Mock Assessment program aims to help students become familiar with online assessments. We have noticed that students with good subject knowledge often struggle with aptitude and logical questions, reducing their chances of being hired. Our program provides students with a firsthand understanding of what a typical online assessment is like and what types of questions they can expect, allowing them to prepare in advance.
2) Video resume (#Visume)
Video interviews are the preferred interview mode for leading companies & most of the hiring decisions are made in the first 2 minutes of the interaction. The first 2-minute introduction matters a lot. That first impression creates interest in the interviewer to further consider your profile for the role. The 2-minute video resume (Visume) concept is to help candidates to frame a 2-minute introduction about themselves. Introduce the candidate profile, why a company should hire them & what is unique in me.
